As part of our Online-Distance learning (ODL) program, we emphasize the importance of completing all required documentation to ensure a smooth and successful application process. Below are the key requirements for your program:
- Application: Application and purchase of form on our Remita Platform only. Ensure a receipt is tendered after application.
- Current Practicing License: Candidates must be Registered Community Nurses Practitioners with a current practicing license or Notification of Registration.
- Testimonial: A testimonial or Statement of Result from the institution where your Community Nursing qualification was issued.
- O'Level Results: Prospective candidates must possess at least five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. A combination of WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or WAEC/NECO is acceptable. NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC, NECO, or another NABTEB. If a candidate uses NABTEB, they must have all the required 5 credits in it.
- Birth Certificate: A valid birth certificate or sworn affidavit of age declaration.
- Passport Photograph: 4 recent passport-sized photograph (white background).
- Proof of Payment: Evidence of payment for the Application form and payment of acceptance fee.
Note: Candidates' credentials will be screened, and only qualified applicants will be offered provisional admission into the E-Learning Post Community Nursing Program.
