To continue with your application process, please note that you'll be required to present the following requirements:
- Current Practicing License: Candidates must be Registered Midwives with a current practicing license or Notificaton of Registration.
- Testimonial: A testimonial or Statement of Result from the college where your RM qualification was issued.
- O'Level Results: Prospective candidates must possess at least five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. A combination of WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or WAEC/NECO is acceptable. NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC, NECO, or another NABTEB. If a candidate uses NABTEB, they must have all the required 5 credits in it.
- Birth Certificate: A valid birth certificate or sworn affidavit of age declaration.
Note: Candidates' credentials will be screened and only qualified applicants will be offered provisional admission into the Post Basic Nursing Program.
